The officers of ClubEd would like to welcome you to the club’s website and invite you to participate in its activities. 

ClubEd exists as a meeting place for all UAA students interested in the field of education. ClubEd strives to support excellence in education, to improve teaching and learning as well as to promote public support and policies to build the profession of teaching.

Activities of ClubEd include volunteer/community service opportunities, workshops/educational seminars, and training speakers.

ClubEd meets the first and third Thursday of each month (during the academic year) from 5:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Beatrice McDonald Hall (BMH), Room 215, main campus, UAA. Meetings offer learning activities and a sharing session so we can learn classroom hints from one another.

All members of ClubEd must be current UAA fee-paying students, enrolled in a minimum of three credit hours and in good academic standing at UAA.  Members are encouraged but not required to join an official professional organization to assist in professional development.
